According to available evidence and testimonies we already have a strong case for intent to go into Iraq before 9-11, we have abundant evidence which clearly shows a deliberate attempt to deceive the world about Iraq and its link to 9-11. The prima facie principles were deliberately falsified and the cost to the American people as well as the Iraqi people in blood and treasure demands action. If we fail to act we will stand convicted in the annals of history for our apathy.
Whether it is the number of civilian casualties that have already occurred or the long term effects of DU on the human population of Iraq, we have decimated and poisoned the fertile crescent. You stand in a unique position to redress these insolent abuses of humanity and to expunge the record of our Country in the annals of history, failure to act will constitute a posture of acceptance by qualification of a no contest treatment of those responsible. If we do not prosecute those who are most responsible, it is We the People who must accept responsibility and it is not our fault, we were deceived.
I have stated a mere microcosm of reasoning for such prosecution, there is obviously a great deal more which must necessarily form the basis for such prosecution as the signators require.
